No answer, no fax

I thought I lucked out when I was certified for Q-Link Wireless. The joke must be on me. The original cell phone I received and the 2 cell phones that I purchased for $25 each didn't work. I called several different times and tried faxing several different times, but I could never get an answer and could never get my faxes to go through. I sent emails but the only response I get is a pre-written note that when they called they did not get an answer. The last time I faxed giving them my home phone number and my cell phone number and still got the same response. Couple of times I emailed questions about my phone and asked that they email me back, but I still got the same response. It makes me wonder, "Do they really have someone working in their office or do they just ignore the calls and keep the fax machine turned off. They only have one phone and one fax number but it really doesn't matter if they don't answer. Some of you probably think it doesn't matter because they are really cheap". Well it matters when you pay $25 for phones that never work right. It matters when you can never get anyone help you. I tried to get on another government cell phone company and got a popup from that new company that they could not help me because I was already certified in a different cell phone service. I'm at a loss for words. Q-Link should close their business if they cannot afford to hire people to work their office and cannot afford to turn their fax machine on. I am out of things to try. If anyone else has a phone number not listed on Q-Link website, please give it to me. Thank you.
