RIPPED OFF
After receiving the initial phone I noticed that I was unable to open or send text. After several weeks of trying to reach a live person in customer service, somehow I actually got ahold of a tech who had me go thru several steps and even took over the phone remotely to troubleshoot further. He was unable to fix the problem so I spoke with a supervisor who told me that he could not send me a replacement, even though the phone came defective, unless I paid a fee of $25. Several months passed and finally, because everything you do online these days requires a confirmation text, I broke down and paid the $25 for a replacement phone. I received the phone in about a week and found that the new phone has the exact same problem! And now I reach anyone in customer service.
