Horrible Service Overall
I've been with QLinkWireless for years and had watched it degrade every year until recently in terms of service and lousy phone brands they offer. I will start with said phone brand they choose to send to customers, ZTE, which is a very poor choice, especially when said phone they send at first is a TINY little thing you can barely hold on your hand while trying to dial anything on it. Said phone also lags and glitches to the point that you just want to throw it away. Another poor aspect of this company is the fact that its HARD to ever contact a HUMAN employee to talk about anything you need to solve, being that their horrible automated voice menu gives almost nothing in terms to talk to someone human or to even address a problem. Its choices are mostly to get a new account, about missing phones, or to add money if you want more minutes and not much else. Its very frustrating to ever find anyone using their system. It is the same with their social media accounts on the likes of twitter and facebook, I had never received any replies whenever I contacted them there. To top it off, my twitter account suddenly gets locked after trying to contact their account. I will not try to jump to conclusions but at this point I daresay this company doesn't care about its customers overall.
