avoid this fraudulent seller
Do not buy from this seller! He sold me damaged tablet and refused in an exchange under the warranty just saying that it is not his problem and then disappeared! Such fraudulent sellers must be avoided! Beware and don't allow him to fool you!

Successful claim in small claims court
In March of 2013 I ordered a 'custom built' Quaduro quadpad V12 to communicate directly with some laser alignment hardware I use, on the promise that it would work or I would be offered a full refund. It didn't work, I wasn't offered a refund, as with a lot of others I've found on the internet the communication dried up after a couple of months.
Eventually I took them to court using the UK's on-line small claims court service and after some interesting communication:
"In simple words, you cant return a suit to a savile row tailor who has tailored the suit for you because your wife didn't like the colour when you took it home!"
Anyway, after much mirth I carried on, the court found in my favour, Quaduro paid me the money back for the tablet, less VAT and court costs, I went back to the courts and finally, after nearly a year I got the remainder of my money back.
My advice, take them to court.
