Horrible Procressing Time
This complaint is a joke. As he stated, the day after he placed the order he received notification from USPS that the order was shipped. This means we shipped the order THE VERY NEXT DAY. However, we have no control over the delivery times of the Post Office. Furthermore, USPS (unlike Fed-ex or UPS) does NOT post updates everyday showing the updated step by step status of a shipment, nor do they offer any "Guarantees" on delivery times for Priority Mail. It is called a "Delivery Confirmation Number" and not a "Tracking Number" for a reason. They update the system when it is "Delivered". Bottom line, we shipped the order THE VERY NEXT DAY, but unfortunately the post office took a couple weeks to deliver because it was misdirected (by the Post Office). The customer contacted us around 10 days after placing the order to inform us that he had not received it. This was the first we had heard about the problem and we contacted the Post Office right away and had them initiate a Trace on the package. The package was delivered a few days later. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it hardly indicates a poor "work ethic". If the customer had not waited 10 days to contact us we could have requested the Trace sooner and it would have been delivered sooner.
