Add this to my earlier complaint

I complained about the business practices of R.V.T.L.and Equinox earlier this morning. I finally reached the company and talked to a fine gentleman. After telling him my story, he talked to his supervisor, and they told me they would cancel all future withdrawals from my account,and cancel all future mailings. They will put my money back into my account in 4-5 business days, and I'm to keep the products. Thank you again, Brian!!
