false advertisement
This is just another tele brand scam! I purchased their services but after I paid I received nothing. These people just scammed me out of money and I was unable to contact them because they left me fake contact details. Beware and don't trust their false advertisements, you might regret!

Rabbit TV
I heard a commercial on TV for Rabbit TV $10.00 for one but if you hurry and order now we will pay the shipping charges, get a second Rabbit TV for free, only pay Shipping Charges. Finally order placed for 2 Rabbit TVs for $10.00 plus sales tax. that's under $15.00 right. Got charges to my bank account of $102.84, charging me for 1 Rabbit TV - 6 year warranty at $55.00, and 2 additional Rabbit TV at $20.00 each plus sales tax. When I called them to get this straightened out, they could not give me a refund now had to wait until I return the product before they can refund me. but they could give a refund of $20.00 now. The whole order I placed was to be less than $20.00. The bitch about it is I have not even received the product, and its an ordeal. Makes me wonder what kind of tech support I will receive when I do receive it. $102.84 is a bit different than $10.97 wouldn't you say? If they can charge my account for something I did not authorize then they can refund my account as well., I told them to stop the shipment, cancel the order and refund my account immediately. Can not do. Blamed it on their automated order desk. But now they want me to fax my complaint to another? This is a rip off and I can bet I am not the only one who has had this problem. How funny there is no one higher up to speak with about their billing practices. Fraudulent Business needs to be stopped from ripping people off! Think twice before ordering a Rabbit TV over the phone, you just may have the same problems I now have. Never even got the product to try, what a shame might of been something I could of used, but refuse to now no matter how inexpensive it is or becomes.
