Liers

The complaints are valid, I will tell everyone DO NOT BUY FROM RAIRDON!! I bought a new 2011 and the car has been in service longer then I've had it. They gave me a loaner and when I came in to see what the delay was they took the keys out the loaner and said they didn't know where they were. Finally they agreed to get me a rental, which I would have to pay the security deposit and use my insurance. Well I felt I shouldn't have to pay for anything, was so upset I started crying and then they returned the key to the loaner. This was an all day process and I was inconvenience in every sense of the word! I didn't deserve this treatment and can't dismiss their behavior, I wish I had never came to this dealership. I still don't have my car, they are definitely A-HOLES.
