Contact information provided on website are invalid
I had ordered flowers from Rajdhani Florist & Decorator website i.e., http://www.rajdhaniflorist.com.
Later i sent them a mail asking if it would be delivered on time. I didn't get any reply for 2-3 hrs. So i tried to call them by using the numbers provided on the website.
None were active.
And there was no option to cancel the order on the site.
Could you please help me get the order cancelled and get the amount refunded?

Refund not received
I have ordered an eggless cake on 7th March, 2012 which was supposed to be delivered on 8th March, 2012. But i got message that the order has been cancelled adn till today no refund has been received.

Delivery was not made
I ordered a 3-day delivery in Mon Nov 12, 2012. I payed using my CC through Pay Pal (which was the only option I had since I am making my order from Mexico). I received a confirmation mail from PayPal that my payment was received, and in the florist website include the delivery starting on Wed Nov 14, 2012 as I had asked, and I received an email now from the florist confirming they had received the payment and the delivery will be made on time. According to their website, the deliver was made accordingly, and the status is Delivery complete without writing any name in the receiver's name. The recipient receive anything any of the 3 days. I have sent them several email; no answer nor answer in the phone provided.

Good quality but defective service
I had ordered online and asked them to deliver the product on a specific date, but unfortunately, it was delivered 2 days in advance and the contents were swapped from Kaju katli sweets to dry fruits!.
You might not get what you ordered for, beware.
