Credit card fraud

On the 9th of February there were 3 fraudulent transactions on my Rakbank Mastercard credit card..
There were also fraudulent transactions on my Samba Mastercard..


I have called both banks barely 3 minutes after this happened.
Samba reversed the fraudulent transactions and I am left speechless with their professionalism and high level of customer service and support in this case..

On the other hand I was met with rigidity, negativity and exceptionally poor service from Rakbank.
They decided they are not going to pursue this citing terms and conditions.
So they would rather reward the scammer instead of supporting a loyal customer who always paid on time..

This will go to court..
