President of Ramblewood East Nick Damasceno
This unit was owned by Fannie Mae before the owner listed above. Ramblewood East Condo Association (RECA) put tenants without permission of Fannie Mae and collected rent which may mean stealing money from Fannie Mae. At the top of this, when my friend was purchasing the unit RECA charged Fannie Mae, the seller, additional $3600 at the closing and did not mention that they have been collecting money from the unit already. Basically RECA looks like, turned it into a business practise to break into the empty units and rent them without the knowledge of the unit owners. I suspect that it may be the board president is the head of this operation, because it seems that the people work at the RECA office on site does whatever the president says who claims to be a voluntary but working like a full time job which they claim they do not get any money.

discrimination
I made triple the amount on pay stubs, no criminal background, no reason to deny me a rental property. The association called me to Bring my deposit and 5 dollars for the hand book. As soon as Nick Damascino seen my skin wasn't as light as his he started asking for additional documents that weren't needed. Long story short he denied me after seeing me. I got my white girlfriend to get the condo in her name and he approved her with little income and a misdemeanor. It upsets me that their are still people like that amongst us. :(
