Chat Line Kindergarten Hoaxers
Reagan.com email service charges $40. year for their "secure" service. I was hacked. And now I'm re-writing my review because they blocked they review on Reagan! They wouldn't take my password and wouldn't let me change it. Since I pay for this service maybe I can contact the FCC! I'm steamed! I'm 77 years old with an above average intelligence. Just don't have any computer training. When my email was hacked the chat line treated me as though I was senile, although their responses were like kindergartners. The Hacker dumped 1600 deleted emails into my trash and I couldn't delete them. They told me (after having this email for 7 years) to look at the top of my page for the red X. Push that button. That is how you delete emails. Now if there are 1600 old emails in the box, about two years worth, you would think he would figure out that I knew what the red button was for. No matter how hard I tried that trash remained empty and the emails stayed online. So they would play a dodge game. They would pretend that I didn't answer them and they would say goodbye after they kept me hanging a long time. One chat liner had the audacity to say that he saw dozens of emails dropping into my box. Of course, everybody who could see my Mac could see what a liar he was! The trash can is fully visible and you can click on it to see. It doesn't work the way he said anyway, you wouldn't see anything falling in. Egg head!
