AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Reagan.com will sign you up for an e-mail address. E-mail sent to you will also show up. The problems start when you need customer service. Simply put: there is none. There's no phone number to call, only an e-mail contact function to which you'll get no reply. When I went back in to send an e-mail stating I will not be renewing my account, a verification tool appeared after clicking "I am not a robot". Unfortunately, the scroll area ended before whole picture in the tool could be fully displayed so, not only could I not click every part of the pic with a car in it, I couldn't even reach a button to submit after that point. So my e-mail could not be sent.
Another issue for me was that, while I could see an account number and the fact I'd paid by credit card, only an Reagan.com account number was displayed, no last four digits of a card number, etc. PLUS...the button to "Renew" was operable BUT the button to change auto-renewal was not. Neither was there any option except to renew. No cancellation, period.
My membership is set to renew automatically in a couple days because I can't cancel it and there's no one who will help. I plan to dispute the charge and walk away with a "lesson learned" attitude about the whole thing.
Don't sign up with this service. Although they're a legit e-mail server, there's literally nothing else to point to as a positive point.

Cannot connect to reagan.com
I cannot connect to reagan.com. It says on my computer that "we're having trouble finding that site." What is going on. This is not free email. I paid my fee in advance, and now I cannot access my email. I don't know any other way to contact them.

No email on Reagan.com
No emails, in or out, since 5am this morning. Impossible to contact them, and only phone number I found required you to leave a VM and they'll get back to you via email! How ridiculous is that? I told them it hasn't worked all day and they should call or text me. Still waiting..............

Arbitrary Management
Been on this service for 11years, never a problem till yesterday when my account was suspended for violating their bulk mail policy. I’m in the process of organizing a class reunion, sending emails to multiple recipients (as a group) and was told that I should be using something like Mail Chimp for my project. When I reviewed their policy, it did not define “bulk mail”, as to what # of recipients constitutes such or whether it’s just a matter of #’s or if purpose (Commercial? Political? Strictly personal?) enters into it. Several times over the years I have used group emails without incident so I understand that now their policies are both arbitrary & capricious. I was told their spam filter was activated by my email, yet their spam filters can’t obstruct all the phishing & fraudulent unsolicited emails that are mass generated & show up in my inbox on an increasingly frequent basis. I’m in the process of migrating to a new service & would advise anyone shopping this POS to run, don’t walk away from this outfit.
