No support or help

After 5 days of Reagan.com CHAT (which is unavailable on the weekend) and many efforts to correct the problem, emails I am still getting crazy emails and "Wells Fargo" on my "compose" setting. I received a message to "stop the ###" from the Support Team.
I have had Reagan.com for at least ten years without getting over 30 "undelivered mail return to sender" for one attempted sent email. I was accused of not updating -which I had. Something is terribly wrong and I can't get Reagan.com support to take it seriously.
