There is no spam filter and email system is nothing, but trouble

They double billed me and would not refund or credit my account, only would extend the agreement. Then TWO MONTHS after I cancelled them they renewed my domain name (without contacting me or authorization) FOUR MONTHS before it was due to expire. Have had to file dispute with cred card company and close the card to prevent any further char5ges from them.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
