Unfair shipping price

Some time ago I have purchased a dress for a $100, and decided to return it as it did not fit well. I shipped the dress back in a plastic bag which I have put in a plastic envelope. What I found out after I shipped it back, is that the seller did not set the shipping price to its regular, but he charged me more because of the expensive dress. I paid $14, when it had to be $7.50. I think that’s very unfair.

make faults claims about my credit

I purchased something from Brylane Homes I paid via paypal. Paypal paid the exact amount they billed. I received a threatening letter from Redcats saying I used a bad credit card and that I owed them $10.00. When I explained I did not even use a credit card. If you want $10 more then bill my paypal. They said they wanted my credit card because they could not re bill for that transaction. I went to my Brylane Homes account expecting to see a $10 balance but there was no balance. I got threatening letters and calls over this amount. I told them in considerateration of them lying about me giving them a bad credit cards I did not feel safe giving them my financial information. Again I told the collector, this is not about the $10 Brylane home misbilled me, it is about the lie saying I used a bad credit card. By the way the bill was well over $100 which was paid but then they said I owed ten more dollars.

One of the less aggressive callers asked me how I was going to take care of this. I said I can go to the store and by a money order but that will cost me $2. I said in consideration of you making the mistake in billing me wrong and of you claiming I gave you a bad credit card. I believe you must incur the cost of the money order. She agreed and gave me authorization number to pay $8. Which I did. Now I am being harassed and threatened by them over $2. They said they will ruin my credit and take me to court. Do not purchase from Brylane Homes.

RedCats

I ordered items from One Stop Plus on April 19, 2013. Somehow RedCats is involved. I paid with Pay Pal. Then I get three letters dated April 24th 2013. All three letters say I owe RedCats $50.60. I give all this information to Pay Pal and look at my statements. We see a few charges on the same day of that amount of money leave Pay Pal.

I even talk to someone from Pay Pal. A real person. They tell me that they will also contact RedCats to show my Pay Pal statements on May 1 or 2. I then also send email with explaination. But to no avail. They continue to send me form letter emails saying I owe money. Never ever have I ever had a problem with using Pay Pal. I don't think the problems lie with Pay Pal. Unfortunately, we can not call or contact pay pal for payment after the
matter has been considered closed on their end. I do understand that you
spoke with a representative but not someone who understands how the process
