redsave pass
Hello,
I too have been scammed into this. In April 2011 I bought an item costing £9.99 after saving £5 through red save. At the time it came into google shopping search and to be honest didn't understand what red save even was. I found out I have been charged £19.95 a month since April 2011, and the last payment was taken on 27th Jan 2012. That is roughly £160 and I am livid. After speaking to customer services they said that nothing could be refunded, although they will send through some vouchers, of which I was entitled to anyway apparently!
I would strongly like to get my money back, and find others that have been scammed into this too! Have you taken any action towards them?
Thanks
Jade

I bought some slippers for approximately £7 from Redsave as a Christmas present last December 2011. I didn't go directly to Redsave's website (because I didn't know they existed); I searched for the slippers through google and then a number of sites were available. Obviously with Redsave being the cheapest I went onto their site, went directly to the page with the slippers (didn't enter via the home page) and then simply proceeded with the order without realising that such a site as this existed where I would be entering into a subscription and thought I was simply making a one-time order as you do with Ebay and Amazon. It goes without saying, why would anyone want to pay £19.95 per month for a pair of slippers?! Two payments have been taken for £19.95, so the slippers have now cost me the grand-total of £46.90.
