Avoid these scammers at all costs!
I bought a ring for $3,5K from them a month ago and left it for resize. They said I'll have 10 days to wear it and decide if I want to keep it or not. So they called me 9 days later saying it's ready, I picked it up next day and came back 5 days later to return it, they refused saying I'm past 10 days!!! I wore it only for 5 days! Avoid these scammers at all costs!

Never ever deal with them! It is a scam, they never do refund even if you have a receipt and return item in 10 days after purchase! Also your jewelry can be fake, no one would guarantee the quality.
here is many jewelry stores which are actually reliable and good, choose them, not this crap!

Pandora Bracelet Set
I bought a bracelet set online from Reeds Jewelers - and it was a total scam! The set was listed as a bracelet, 2 clips, and a charm - I never received the charm. When I contacted customer service they told me I only paid for the bracelet and clips even though the web listing was for a set including the charm.
Then the story changed to the charm being out-of-stock. Then when I asked for a replaced of an equal value charm - I was told the charm never made it to my shopping cart - even though it was a SET and I added it to my cart as a SET! When I complained that I paid for a set and I didn't receive the complete set - I was told the charm never made it to my cart so I therefore didn't pay the charm. EVEN THOUGH the SET listed on the website included the charm and that is the price I paid - somehow that didn't include the charm - TOTAL SCAM.
Those "sets" are conveniently no longer offered on the the website - probably because - THEY ARE A SCAM. Also because there is a 10 day return policy - so people who ordered them as gifts - like myself - would order them and hopefully not notice they got scammed before the 10 days. VERY DISAPPOINTED - off to legitimate jewelry store to buy my Christmas gifts. I will never purchase from here again!
