Fraud / customer cheating!

I was also using RIM postpaid no. after sometime I requested them to convert that in prepaid after the due amount. I received sms for request confirmation. Their representative also called me. Again and again I was requested them to stop my postpaid connection but they just asked reason why I'm converting it to prepaid and continued with raising bill from one month to another. Finally, I decided not to pay anymore bills and stopped using that no. also.
After some months today I got call from court that they filed case for non-submission of bill. When I told court person in this regard now they given me all process details that you was suppose to go to their head office with written request. That they never told before when lots of time I asked them for this conversion.
Today really I'm filling badly cheated and think RIM should change their tagline from " kar lo duniya mutthi mein" to "KAR LIYA DUNIYA MUTTHI MEIN"...So, in future I will not be going to have any customer relation with RIM's any business. RIM a big cheaters !!

subscription of ''mitti ke rang''
Reliance has the worst customer service and they are promoting scams like mitti ke rang. My account was charged 5 rupees and 30 rupees again after a couple of days. Called customer care and asked them to deactivate these packs and refund my balance. they said they will do it. the next day I recharged with 99 rupees and all of it was added to packs and .01 rupees added to my balance. After 20 minutes with customer care, reliance refused to refund my money. It is a big scam. If you know how to report this scam please let me know.

Fraudulent deduction from acct balance
Hi RComcare,
Reliance has shown its ugly face again. I have reliance prepaid CDMA connection with number 9325993041. They are following the same practice still! They have activated some service packs like CRBT and others on my CDMA account and deducted balance against that. I called up customer service representatives and they said that they can not take any complaints against that! How foolish they are that eventhough you explain them issue completely they will just say (not ensure) they will take care of it and it will not happen again! But, the tragedy is that it will happen repeatedly! I called up reliance customer care on 26th Jan 2012 as I noticed that they have started deducting balance from my account by following this malpractice. I am writting here because the response I got from reliance representatives is like fully negligence and not at all possitive.
Is reliance management responsible for this and will resolve the issue?
