Relogulf took our money and didn't deliver
Our belongings were picked up May 27, 2013 in Dubai for home delivery to the USA. Door to door services were paid in full to Relogulf before the belongings were collected. It is now the end of August 2013. Relogulf has not made any payment to the Destination Agent. Our belongings are stuck in Customs accruing daily storage fees because the proper paperwork and payment were not sent and therefore the container can not be released. The container was also sent to the wrong port. Relogulf will not work towards resolving this issue, will not pay, will not honor their contract. I have sent daily emails and filed complaints within country all to no avail. This is an incredible mess. Most of our belongings are irreplaceable, sentimental items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and you will never see your belongings again.

Missing Items - Outrageous Service
Thank you for sharing your horror stories about ReloGulf - I too have fallen victim to this scam and have filed a report with DED on these two email addresses: [email protected], [email protected] , courtesy of Kyliem - Limerick.
My items were collected by ReloGulf on May 8th 2013 in Dubai and placed in to storage in their warehouse. On Oct 3rd 2013, I arranged for my items to be delivered to my apartment in Dubai and there were 16 items missing! These were large items like a bed mattress, fridge, washing machine, 3 piece sofa set, etc. At first, Relogulf refused to accept responsibility, but when I produced a signed copy of the pick-up note which showed all the items had in fact been picked up by them, they managed to find 12 items after 5 days. When these were delivered, the guys who delivered neither unpacked nor assembled the items.
I still have 4 items missing and one of them is a very expensive rug whilst the other items have left my bedroom suite incomplete. In addition I also incurred a hotel stay of 5 nights as I had no bed to sleep on! I have informed Neil Price that he needs to find my items or settle up and pay the 5 day hotel bill - surprise, surprise no response.
I have written, called and sent SMS messages to Neil but he has not responded and from what I have read that is standard operating procedure. On the one occasion I spoke to him, I told him that his radio silence only makes matter worse but clearly he hasn't learnt. From reading the many online forums, there are a host of complaints against this company and its so called Directors and Staff.
