DON'T GET RIPPED OFF

Do NOT use this website. I booked a room from them and was told I had the lowest rate. When I got to the hotel, two rooms had been booked. As I filled out forms for the hotel, I realized the rate was signficantly lower than I was quoted. The hotel explained that this price is what Reservation.com pays for the room and they encouraged me to work it out with them. This is in addition to the fee they charge. Contacted Reservation.com who assured me it would be taken care of. Later got an email that said, oh well, too bad for you! Will never use them again and will spread the word.
