Scam Artists

I looked up Hampton Inn Concord, NC on the web and called the 800 number attached to the site. They answered reservation desk. Believing I was talking with Hampton Inn I booked a room for 2 nights beginning 5/16/20, to attend my nephews wedding.
Covid19 hit and the wedding is postponed. Called Hampton Inn Concord, NC to cancel my reservation and was told it came through Get a room .com. Called them and was told they got it from ReservationDesk.com. Called Reservation.com they had my reservation and informed me it was not refundable. Took me a while to figure out how I ever got involved with Reservation.com.
WHAT A SCAM !!! And I'm out money.
