Do not use

I used reservations.com to book a hotel and they’re conartist! First of all the price the website had told me it would cost did not match what they took out of my bank account. I called to complain and customer service informed me of several different hidden fees. So I told them nevermind, refund me, I’ll use a different service. They then told me They’d refund some of my money as a discount if I kept my booking. I told them I would on the condition that I would still keep the suite I booked and not take a downgrade, to which she assured me I would have the same room. The day came and low and behold I was booked in a down graded room (which even with the discount still isn’t the equivalent of what the amount I had paid). Even after the confirmation email of my suit! Luckily the hotel was very accommodating and I was able to get the room I had paid for. Lesson learned. I will never use this service again and recommend no one else does.
