STAY AWAY
DO NOT USE THEM. Be careful they have dummy sites of the actual hotel you want to book at. They will charge your card & charge additional fee's !! They take your credit card info & book on a 3rd party site like booking.com or tripadviser.com their confirmation #'s do not match & the 3rd party company NEVER received the funds in most cases. Trying to get a refund with them is close to impossible I had to file a dispute with my Credit Card company! When you try to call them directly to cancel they will hang up on you & WILL not provide you with an email confirmation that you canceled because they KNOW that can be used to help your credit card company remove the charge from your card!! Stay away unless you have hours to spend playing phone games or holding with your credit card company!

DO NOT BOOK- ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Booked a hotel room through reservations.com and within TWO MINUTES I realized I booked the wrong night. I immediately contacted what they call “customer service” who informed me I could not make a change through them, even if I paid any price difference, if there was one, I would have to contact the hotel. I did so and they told me that they did not know why I was told to contact them since reservations.com had already been paid. Looks like reservations.com just wanted to get me off the phone. Now rather than be paid to change the night, I will file a credit card dispute. Since I contacted them IMMEDIATELY, and was willing to pay any difference, I find it totally unreasonable that they would not make the change. Don’t know what their “customer service” is for as this is probably one of the biggest mistakes people make.
