Fraudulent, Deceptive !!

I want to warn you about a fraudulent company. Be sure that when you call your hotel to make a reservation that you call the hotel directly. I thought I had called mine directly and when I questioned if I was speaking to the hotel directley the representative for Reservations.com blatantly lied and said he was a clerk at the Econo lodge. Their customer service dept. refused to cancel my reservation based on their lie. They then claimed that I made the reservation online which is another lie. They accused me, the customer, over and over again and took NO ownership for lying.
