Unethical Business Practices

I got SCAMMED by Reservatiolns.com. I thought I was on the Daysinn.ca website but somehow I got redirected to Reservations.com and booked the room through them without realizing. There was no summary of charges before booking. The advertized rate was $82 but they charged me 120.38 and in US DOLLARS. I complained and they said too bad. Since the reservation was made less than 24 hours in advance, they refused to refund. After much dialogue they finally agreed to a partial refund. The inital charge was 163.68 CAD and they refunded $134.86, a diff of 28.80 CAD. They refused to refund this and called it a service charge. I will NEVER book online again. This is a SCAM. I complained to Days Inn and they are investigating.
