Medical Aid - Ignorance & "Behind with their work"
Worst medical aid ever, don't pay accounts take no responsibility for anything, if you dare to leave a complaint you either get told to give 30 days notice if you want to leave or to phone EMC to find out what going on. "why do we pay for medical aid if we have to do their jobs for them"
I have been waiting since November to pay a normal gp visit...

Unauthorised Withdrawals
In the middle of April 2013 we e-mailed Resomed with 6 weeks notice that we wanted to cancel our policy at the end of May 2013 due to and extended trip outside of South Africa. At the end of may 2013 Resomed withdrew the premium, which we reversed. At the end of June 2013 Resomed withdrew 2 months of premium which we reversed again. At this point we tried to reach Resomed by telephone from overseas but were unable to get through. We then contacted Resomed through their Client Services Web Site who responded promptly and indicated that they were not in a position to solve our problem but that Resomed Health would contact us directly - NOBODY DID. In August 2013 we again contacted Client Services who assured us that Resomed would contact us ASAP. To date nobody has. It is clear to us that Resomed does not care about either it's reputation or Client Services.
WOULD SOMEONE FROM RESOMED HEALTH PLEASE CONTACT US!
Frustrated and disappointed.

Resolution health medical scheme
Ek het 'n probleem van meer as 'n jaar met die betaling van 'n MRI scan, waarvoor ek magtiging gehad het.....ek is die afhanklike en nie die hooflid...die betrokke radioloë het my konstant ge sms om die uitstaande bedrag te betaal, wat hulle om een of ander rede nie ge-eis het nie....ten eind laaste het ek vir hulle gesê hier is die hhoflid se tel no, ek het nie die state gesien nie, dit gaan na sy adres...vir 6 maande het ek niks gehoor tot gister,,,dat ek weer 'n sms gekry het, ek het 7 dae tyd om die rek te vereffen....wie het dit veroorsaak....ek het my bydrae maandeliks aan hooflid betaal, hy het die medies betaal, ek het 'n volle magtiging gehad...maar word geterroriseer deur die dr's...dankie trynie fouche
