Hotel booking

Made a mistake with a hotel booking with reservations.com and Le Meridian. Made a double booking by mistake and called within five minutes to cancel one of the reservations. No service, no help from either Le Meridian or Reservations.com. They just read of a sheet and say everything is non-refundable. My recommendations based on my experience is avoid both parties. I was actually trying to make a second set of dates to stay there and the web site stayed with the first reservation dates - hence double booked. No one cares. Jack
