I will never use Justfly again. I tried to get my tickets changed to a different flight in South Africa. Reason is Justfly booked a flight that did not allow weapons. I was OK with paying an additional charge for the change but they said there was no way I could change or cancel one leg of the flight. I tried to explain, after one hour on hold, even talked to what was supposed to be a supervisor. They informed me that if I missed one leg of the flight, the entire flight would be canceled. That would have left me stranded in South Africa. Once they get your money, forget about ever getting anything back. They were very rude to me and had no feeling for my situation.
I have used many on line agencies to book airline flights before. Never have I had this kind of problem. By the way, when you do finally get in touch with someone, they spoke very broken English. I think this company is just someone sitting behind a computer, punching keys and gathering your money. I don't think they are even in the United States.
