Customer Service

I have never had revol. I have had verizon for like 4 or 5 yrs and i'm in the process of switching to revol because verizon is getting too expensive. I have 2 lines on my account. My line is just a basic messaging phone and the other line is a droid but when i looked at the bill my line is over $100 a month and his is only $40!!! That includes the $30 for unlimited data and the $10 for the add a line! when i called customer service they keep giving me an excuse saying that since mine is the primary line, it's more expensive! That's a bunch of crap! Every month my bill is close to $400! and that's without overages or extra charges including downloads and what not. Apparently they have hidden fees and surcharges for everything. u sign service with them, hidden fees and surcharges. u continue to have service with them, hidden fees and surcharges. you add a line, guess what?! let's not forget hidden fees and surcharges! Oh, wait?! you have a droid? how about some hidden fees and surcharges?! hey, i have an idea?! let's add some hidden fees and surcharges on the basic messaging phone since we added them to everything else!!! That's pretty much been my experience with verizon, although they do have really good customer service when it comes to making payment arrangements if you are late on your bill. the only reason i stayed with them so long is because my boyfriend has been paying the bill for me but he needs to be able to save money for other things. So i'm switching to revol to make it easier on him accept i have already had issues with the live chat on their website. Almost every time i had logged on it said their weren't any availble agents to help me and the 2 or 3 times there were i found out it was just a computer bcs it kept asking if it can help me after the conversation had already started and i explained everything! When i did have a normal conversation, the wait for each response was ridiculous! like 15 min in between each one! This obviously a sign of what's to come ahead but i really can't afford anything else right now :(
