Stay far away from this product
UPDATE- I originally posted on this board in July of 2009 and would like to provide an update. Apparently the company has been monitoring this site and contacted me about my problems. After sending them photos of my deck they agreed to replace the entire deck. My deck is approximately 900 sq/ft so it's very large. They were going to send me the original boards, but another person contacted me and asked if I wanted the upgraded product at no additional charge. I was told they changed the formula in the original product, however they were still having issues, so he recommended I go with their encapsulated product. I have to say I was quite pleased with the new product!!! It 's been on for about 5 months now and it still looks awesome; which I couldn't say about the originally decking. I am very grateful to them for standing behind there product. I hope this helps.

Very disappointed in the decking
Although my installer adhered to the manufacturer's installation instructions, within a year the deck began to heave or sag between the joists until now it is not only ridiculously unsightly and has become a trip hazard. This is in addition to the complete color fading and mold and/or mildew spotting throughout. I have thousands of dollars invested in this very large deck and quite frankly it is embarrassing. My local vendor no longer carries the product, and I have no idea how to get some redress for this mess.
I have no photos of the damaged deck on this computer but I will gladly forward photos via email or text upon request.
