damaged my roof and never made a refund

Ridgeline Construction Group - this company did a tree cut at my neighbours yard and this tree felt down on my roof and damaged it. I complained and they promised me a refund but I never received it! tried to contact them several times but they always ignore my calls and messages. Beware and don't use their services, this company is really BAD!!

Did not fix our roof

The company was hired by our neighbor who wanted to get rid of the tree on his property. Unfortunately the tree feel on our roof and it has been damaged ever since. The incident happened in October. The company promised to come and fix the roof, however, that promise has not been fulfilled yet!
