Dress
I bought a dress of size 8 on rissyroos.com. But it is wrong. It is labeled as one but is too small. All my dresses are size 8 and fits perfect. I used to order the dress on mileyshouse.com. And never had met this problem. I would order from mile yshou se.com again instead of rissyroos.com.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently (last Monday), purchased a dress for my daughter for her upcoming prom. They told me that it will not ship until mid-April. I know it will need to be altered and due to the timing have decided to purchase another dress. I called them this morning and they said that they can not cancel this order... An order that has not even shipped yet!
This is insane and terrible customer service. They don't offer another dress that we want and said that they will ship it and that we will have to pay to ship it back and a 20% restocking fee. Yes that is in their return policy.... IF the dress doesn't arrive in time, I called them to tell them that it won't arrive in time to try to save them the time and energy of shipping it and they offered no other solution! Clearly this is just terrible customer service!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Who does this? I've ordered from other dress sites and processed returns with ZERO Problem!!!
I"M VERY DISAPPOINTED by their service!
The woman I spoke to first told me that she was the manager then told me that she was the owner... so now she lied to me too!! Very frustrated!!
