crackers broken iiin box
Return them to the store and give your feedback to Nabisco corp. If they were from the same store, buy them somewhere else.

ritz crackers disnetegrate
Basically for some months now I have noticed that the quality isn't the same. When I go to take the crackers out of the box they totally disintegrate and fall apart. I end up throwing away a lot of crackers.

broken crackers
I recently bought "Halloween" ritz crackers. 80 % of them fell apart before I could get them to my mouth? Not a good idea to design the cracker. Very dissapointed (and I eat them at least 4 times a week)!

broken crackers
I purchase ritz hint of salt usually 8 at a time when on sale. The nlast three or four purchases have resulted in the crackers turning to crumbs when you try to spread peanut butter or a cheese spread on them. don't know if your recipe has changed but would like an answer if possible'
Thank You

ritz cracker status has crumbled
I have eaten Ritz crackers all my life. Especially with peanut butter & jelly, or ring baloney and cheese. However, the last 6 boxes have been horrible. The crackers rcumble while trying to get them out of the packaging. If u r lucky enough to get some whole crackers, they break when applying peanut butter. The box went from 16 oz. to 13.7 oz. They thinned out the crackers to save costs. Now they suck. I will be looking for another cracker.

I purchase ritz as I always do but each time they are worse. They crumble, the taste is bland. Even though I buy the hint of salt;they were once crispy and tasty..just less salt, but now I am constantly disappointed with my purchases of ritz and will have to find me another daily snacking cracker. On my last purchase, all of the packs split at the seams exposing the crackers to air causing them to become stale. SOOOO missing the good ritz!!

Crumbly crackers
We have the same problem. Our office buys about 3 boxes of Ritz crackers per week. Every single cracker falls apart and it's hard to keep anything on them. So obviously trying to save money and make a worse cracker is what has happened. This doesn't please the customer at all!! Make the necessary changes!

GOT SALT?
What happened to the salt? My husband asked me to try to remember to buy the ritz that has salt. Well guess what they forgot SALT how can they do that? Maybe this is what happens when they feel that money is more important then quality . Wake up people. Oh and turn the oven down we do NOT like burnt either.

Unwanted Peanut Butter
I recently bought a package of the Ritz Original Fresh Stacks. In a few of the packages (about 3-4 out of 8) there was peanut butter inside the unopened packages along the edge of the crackers. Fortunately there are no allergies in my home but this raised a concern for me.

ritz crackers
What have you done to Ritz Crackers-Not only are there less crackers in a sleeve, they are so thin they crumble before you can get them out. The flavor is diminished due to the thinness-impossible to use with a spread. Why would you run a good product?

Ritz crackers
The last three boxes of Ritz Crackers I have bought have been terrible. About 10 crackers out of each pack are crumbled before you even touch them, then if you do get a few whole ones out, they crumble when you try to put cream cheese or a dip on them. This is really embarrassing when you are having a party and all your crackers are crumbling. Always loved your crackers but I think I will be buy a generic brand from now on. After reading your complaint section I think you better change your new method of baking or you are going to be out of the cracker business! Sad to say this cause I've been buying your products for 40+ years.

Is the Ritz name crumbling????
Use them weekly in my daycare home but always broken last several months and impossible to put spread on!!! Far too messy,, I have enough work to do without cleaning up wasted crackers all over the floor. I kept telling mysel this product has been awesome for so long that I just keep getting bad batches, but then I came here after opening my final package today, it's money down the drain, but no more. Ritz is no longer my go to snack for the kids or holidays :(

Ritz Crackers ... lost the taste
Aaaah ... Ritz Crackers .. my all time favorite just went to **it.
The good taste and texture is just gone.....
Then I noticed the new name on the side of the box... "Mondelez"
Oh, after Googling it up I found that enormous Nabisco is being run by investment bankers.
Oh well .... they are all selling out big corporate, cutting costs and screwing the customer.... nothing new.

Ritz Crackers have become disgusting!
Over the past two years, Ritz crackers went from having three large stacks of crackers in a slim box to a bulky box holding about eight short stacks. Not only are the crackers less tasty, but they also crumble on sight! I have to throw out entire stacks because they are crumbled in the packages. I used to love their new Roasted Vegetable flavor, but I cannot stand to bite into one. They are terrible! It has gotten so bad, that the stores have started giving them away, like buy one, get one free. I am not going for it since you end up throwing away one of the boxes anyway. "Made in Mexico" is now written on the boxes and Ritz sucks because of it!

Ritz Bitz
I am highly disappointed. Tired of having my ritz turn into bits. Never have I ever been so disappointed in the ritz biz until the last few months.. my favorite cracker in the world crumbled, literally and just like the rest of the reviews, I too will will find another replacement for my spreads .. saving money are we? Well your gonna lose a lot of great ritz lovers and will be Keebler lovers instead.. I feel sad about this as everything seems to change because everyone would rather save a buck than a customer .. very sad and truly disappointing

Crumbling Crackers
Purchased Whole Wheat Ritz (12.9oz.) Box. Most of the crackers are either crumbs inside the packages or broke to pieces when taking out of the package. I paid the higher price for the box and the quality has deteriorated. I will purchase the cheaper brand in the future since Ritz brand is obviously not any better.
Will the company reimbursement for the bad quality and waste of money?

I thought it was me
As a 68 year old retired female I decided I was loosing some muscle lately so I started lifting weights again. I had always been a little more muscular throughout my life due to doing construction work and factory work. One of my favorite treats is port wine cheese spread on a Ritz cracker. Lately I've been thinking "damn I must be getting too buff" I can't even spread cheese on a Ritz without it busting into a million pieces. I was glad to find out it wasn't me but damn pissed to find out were being swindled with Mexican crap!

Ritz Crackers Quality
I thought it was me being petty. Then, I checked online to see if anyone else has the same complaint as me. I see that other people have had the same experience with Ritz crackers. It's been going on for several years. To date, nothing has been done about it. Now, I know it's not me being petty. The quality of these crackers HAS changed and not for the better. It truly is a shame.
My experience with writing a letter of complaint about Ritz crackers, prior to this letter, has been ignored. You see...when I speak to someone, I'm not expecting to be ignored. It's rude. My experience with these crackers is not just me being petty. It's a problem. Anyone with any sense knows that if you ignore a problem...it compounds. I've grown up with these crackers for over 65 years. When I tell you something is wrong I'm not out of my mind. I'm not lonely and looking for attention.
The problem with these crackers has been going on for many years and nothing has been done. There is a population out here that remembers what the quality of this product was and is supposed to be like. Something has changed and not for the better. I'm guessing that whatever has been done to change the quality of this cracker...has no regard for anything but making more money. That will be a moot point in years to come.
Sometimes...change can be a good thing. Not in this case. These crackers are crumbling before one can get the cracker from hand to mouth. Not a good thing! This recipe has changed or the products to make these crackers has changed and it's affecting the quality of this product. If you ignore this problem ...well...all I can say is, "I told you so". Others have told you as well. Keep ignoring the problem and you will reap what you sow. Sad.

Dry and bland
I have been a fan of Ritz for too many years to count but I have noticed that the cracker has changed as for the taste and texture.Ritz used to be buttery and flavorful .You guys have changed the recipe and not for the better. The crackers are dry and tasteless.what have you done???Where is the Ritz of old? If it was not broke why try and fix it .You should have kept the original recipe.I will have to buy another brand .Sorry Ritz.

fall apart changing to another cracker
I have used Ritz crackers for years. Can't spread anything on them anymore. They just fall apart and sometimes are already crumbled when removed from sleeve. Good bye Ritz.

Ritz Crackers should be BANNED!
I'm a long time Ritz cracker fan (about 65 years).
The company has destroyed the cracker - probably with some moron's view of a better recipe.
They are not the same color (they used to be kinda orange).
They bake them differently (now they fall apart when you look at them)!
They are no where near as good tasting as they used to be (probably the moron's doing)
THEY ARE REALLY JUST HORRIBLE AND I'M MAD AS HELL AND WILL NOT BUY THEM ANYMORE.

Ritz is the pitsā¹
Wow this is crazy!! I thought it was just me. I thought I was getting bad batches because the last 6 or so boxes that I purchased ended up in the trash in tiny pieces. Whatevever chemical simulate Ritz replaced its recipe is not holding up. The crackers disintegrate on contact with air or touch. You cannot spred peanut butter or cream cheese because the crackers are not real, they are a hologram. Ive been eating ritz for most of my 44 years but not any more.
