Unlawful child detainment/Kidnapping
I am witnessing very disturbing observations in how CPS is allowed to filter information that will be heard in court. They are deleting anything that may contradict their arguments, and taking court documents and twisting the actual information to indicate a completely false situation to be true and correct. If the evaluation is read as it was intended, It would have provided proof that we never allow our children's safety to be compromised. We are not allowed to have a voice in court. There is no means to protect our children from CPS, and there is no other means to challenge CPS'S power. I have never imagined that, in this country, someone is legally capable of taking loved children out of a good home with absolutely no indication of danger or harm. and decide how their future will be affected. WHY is no-one STOPPING THIS!!! How much sadness is enough for someone to step in and help? How can an county agency have so much power and allowed free will that, the justice system is compromised, our rights are being denied. because no-one challenges what they do. Just how can you repair a child's sense of security and safety when you take them from their Mom, a security that they will never feel again? How can you take away their fear of anyone taking them away from their home, or taking their Dad too. They have been threatened with foster care, which will expose them to 10 times the possibility of molestation and abuse. This is supposed to protect children from danger, and justifies removal from the safety net of their family?? What planet are you on that this makes any sense. CPS is out of control and abusing their liberties they were allowed, not to protect children, but to reinforce their power to manipulate and win cases. Uncontested.

CPS is not being monitored or checked and is affecting families at their discretion, having little reasoning for any indication of neglect or abuse. They are given ultimate power and free will to ruin good families, and there is no accountability to compensate for mistakes.
