Lynn
I do not recommend to deal with the seller there named Lynn. She is a horrible person and I do not understand how the hell she still has her job. She is always not in the mood and acts like she doesn't give a damn that you talk to her and try to ask a question about a product.

Service and
My name is Marlene Burton. My husband Mark and I have been regular customers since 1990.
Just recently, May 25, 2019, my husband sadly passed away. During the last couple months of his illness, I went in to Rogers and Hollands in Green Bay to see what they could do to help me find a chain that would fit through his St. Michael the Archangel medal I had purchased for him from Danbury Mint. The gold chain that had come with the medal was too short and Mark needed something he could just slip over his head. So I found a new chain at a different store, but the now the medal needed to have a larger hole to fit on the chain.
Greg, from Rogers and Hollands, listened to my story and I told him I did not care what it cost, but I needed it to be fixed so Mark could wear it daily, as this particular saint gave my husband strength during his last days. Instead of finding an expensive chain that would work, Greg assured me that he would send it in to have a larger hole put into the medal and would put a rush on it. He also told me to call if my husband took a sudden turn for the worse and they would get it to him ASAP. I appreciated this as during Mark's illness, money had been tight as we had many outstanding medical bills.
Mark's necklace/medal was returned to me a few days later and it made both my husband and me so very happy. It was beautifully done. When I picked it up, Greg did not charge me even though I insisted. His kindness and compassion touched my heart.
I am so touched that such goodness would exist in employees at such a prominent business. Mark and I have never known anyone at Rogers and Hollands to be anything but kind yet professional, and showing such compassion during a time when their clients were experiencing such hurt is beyond overwhelming.
So thank you, Greg, and Mr. King who did the work. You are a prince of a man, Greg. Thank you also, Laurie, for the encounters I have had with you throughout this difficult time.
I have referred others to your store, not just because of your beautiful product, but because of the kindness and respect with which you have treated us. God Bless you,
Marlene Burton
