Supporting fraudsters
Same thing for me. I very closely monitor my bills but by the time they are on the bill it's too late. So far $55 that I/m aware of. It's always a sketchy web site accidently or incidently clicked on. Never has there been an explicit authorization of charges requested on my Rogers account. Yet Rogers won't or can't reverse these.This is a business phone and I think Rogers will end up in a Class Action suit as I have the impression this problem is increasing and they are profiting from these "soft" charges.

unthorized third party scam by rogers
I am sick and tired of Rogers' underhanded tactics. My cell phone bill shows up third party charges of $21.00 of which I did not agree on. I called Rogers and as usual I got NADA!!! I called The Mobile Gener the culprit in question and was told that I agreed to whatever agreement they claim I agreed on. I was told also that Rogers and the tHE MOBLE GENER have an agreement.I told him (customer service) to email me the agreement that I supposedly agreed to. His reply was for me to write a letter disputing the charges!!! Excuse me....but I just wanted for THE MOBILE GENER email the copy of agreement!!! I suppose the guy cannot do this for fear of the outcome. Hmmm should CRTC be dissolved????
