Sold me broken telephone booths

I have purchased two telephone booths for $2500 each, and I have been waiting to receive them for two months! When they finally arrived – they were defective, and did not work! I have called the seller, and he said that it is not his problem, and he wont’ fix them! This business is a scam and must be shut down!
