Such a rip-off!
I signed up for John Romaniello's Roman Fitness Systems. The site seemed quite reputable, so I agreed to pay $250 a month for an individual fitness program. I spent my time filling in the form about what equipment I had, etc. After that the program offered me exercises with equipment I didn't have and products I indicated I was allergic to. It seemed to be a standard fitness program. John Romaniello himself was not helpful at all. After 4 months of workouts I started losing weight which was the opposite of what I wanted to achieve. I asked for a refund, but all John could offer was a couple of free workouts.
