Thank God I read through all this message I came across this website yesterday while browsing the internet I need a nice posh bag for myself as a gift this xmas but not that expensive i thinking getting one from the states will be a good idea to save money cos I lived in United Kingdom but readying all this message now Am not buying with http://www.romanovilla.com thanks ladies

Romanovilla is a scam i bought a louis vuitton for $436 speedy 25, they never sent it. Try calling their number 888-909-9929 they have one line its always busy an when u finally get trew they put u on hold for 5 to ten minutes an hangup so its imposible to talk to them, from all the reviews i read their theives their website is bogus!! To good to be true, anyone thinking of buying from romanovilla is trowing their money away, proper attorietys should investagate this company its a fraud!!

Just ordered a bag & it was not authentic. Petrochemical smell (plastic), weight and heft was off, just looked cheap. Tried calling their listed phone number for two hours and did not get through. Called my credit card company and they had a different number (888-942-4734). Called that and got more of their "our stuff is authentic" song and dance. Adress they told me to return item too is different from the one on the return label of the shipping box. Avoid this company!

OMG! I'm so upset! I bought a Neverfull for myself as a b-day present. It was on sale 30% off their regular price so I thought, great deal! I ordered it with my Visa card and I received it straight away. I took it on vacation and was carrying it while shopping. I was at an outside shop looking at some dresses and the damn bag strap popped off. There was a Louis Vuitton store nearby so I took it in to see if they could fix it. I have NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED IN MY LIFE!!! It's a fake! I called Romanavilla immediately and was on hold for 10 minutes, but I WASN'T hanging up. Anyway, the lady who answered assured me the bag was authentic and asked me to send it to them to be fixed...ON MY DIME, BTW! If they were legit, they would've offered to pay for the shipping and at the very least apologized! They did neither! I'm afraid to send the bag back in fear of not having it returned to me fixed or returned at all!
Anybody know what I can do at this point. I purchased it 2 months ago, can I make a claim with my credit card company?

DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, , , , , I bought my fiance a bag from this company for her birthday. When the bag came in something about this bag didn't feel right. Took the bag to the LV store. Right when they saw the bag they said it was fake right away. I've been trying to contact them for the last 2 days and i can not get a hold of them. I called around 5pm eastern time and the automated system was on saying that "the store is closed please call us during our regular hours 10am-6pm eastern time" but the time when i called was 5pm.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste $600 on a FAKE PURSE from a shady company who blatantly lies and misleads its customers!!! Romano Villa/Via Solace sells 100% FAKE merchandise. Save your money and spend the extra $200-400 for authentic, couture merchandise instead of wasting your hard-earned cash on this fraudulent company's terrible plastic, fake purses. Just because Romano Villa pays for advertisements in popular magazines does not mean it sells authentic merchandise!! The pictures and ads they have of the handbags and other items are copied and pasted straight off the Louis Vuitton (and other designers) websites--they are not true pictures of the company's fake purses. I purchased a Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 Damier Azur in the beginning of January 2012 from the Romano Villa website. I was fooled by the website and wanted to save a few hundred bucks. However, as soon as my bag was delivered I realized I made a huge mistake. While it did come with a "Louis Vuitton" dust bag, there were no tags or cards to authenticate the purse. It smelled awful-- like a very noxious chemical smell. My other three authentic LV canvas bags did not smell anything like that when I purchased them brand new. Additionally, the red paint on the inside stitching of the handles looked messy. I called customer service, and after 2 days they finally gave me an address to which I could return the bag. Oh, and the return address is NOT the same address the bag was originally shipped from-- probably to deter unhappy customers from returning bags easily. The following week, I purchased a brand new, REAL Speedy 30 Damier Azur bag from the LV store in Pittsburgh. I compared this real bag to the fake one. Although the Romano Villa bag was a much better fake than most I've ever seen, the stitching was off and the date code on the inside of the purse was on the wrong side when compared to my real bag! In short, these fake, cheaply made purses are not worth paying 70-80% of the price of real bags. It disgusts me.

Yes. That website is a scam. They say their products are real but they are fakes. No such thing as real bags for 200$. They even emailed me a 50% off coupon. I have bought from them and it is fake but it is a good quality fake. DONT BUY! They even take your credit card number and use it to buy something else! WATCH OUT! READ REVIEWS FOR EVERY WEBSITE U BUY FROM FIRST.

I PURCHASED OVER $1, 000.00 OF LOUIS VUITTON FROM ROMANOVILLA AND RETURNED THE PACKAGE UNOPENED, CONCERNED BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO HELP ME IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND.
I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EVERY DAY AND I GET "THE MANAGER IS OUT SICK AND HAS LOCKED YOUR ACCOUNT", "THE MANAGER WILL CALL YOU BACK TODAY", "I WILL SEND IT IN FOR PROCESSING IMMEDIATELY" ON AND ON... YET NO REFUND. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER ~ ON TOP OF COMPLETE RUDENESS FROM ONE CS REP WHEN I WAS UPSET THAT IT TOOK ME 30 MINUTES ON HOLD, (AFTER THREE PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS WITH NO ANSWER AT ALL), TO GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE AND SHE TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T HELP ME... I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER MANAGER AND SHE SAID "CALM DOWN, NOBODY HAS HURT YOU" ... WOW. THIS BUSINESS IS MESSED UP.
I WILL BE CONTACTION LOUIS VUITTON AND THE NY STATE ATTY GENERAL.

FAKE MERCHANDISE
Thank GOD I was able to find some review before purchasing...My son and I looked on the website 5/15/2012 and was unable to find the location on this ROMANO VILLA, and they also had a GMAIL email address, which lead me to believe this was a SCAM website also. Every time I tried to review a picture it would only give you a far off shot of the handbags. This is a SHAME and a DISGRACE that they would waste their time SCAMMING people out of there money. **BEWARE !!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM ROMANO VILLA, I have a couple of high-line designer handbags and they were well descriptive, but when look at the description on their handbags it's even generic......
