Timeshare Scam
>>>> IF YOU JUST BOUGHT, GET OUT IMMEDIATELY. You have 5 days to get out of your contract. <<<<<
Royal Elite is a scam in every way. We became suspicious after signing up during a high pressure purchase in October, 2008. We canceled within the 5 day grace period. We have spent hundreds of dollars in international phone calls and international fax/courier fees to cancel the contract.
Until now, we have been waiting to get a $11,000+ reimbursement they promised and are contractually required to pay.
SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
We have been dealing with a guy named "Arthur" who seems to always be in a "meeting" when I call. You can ask him any question you want by emailing him by typing: arichter (then the "@" symbol - followed by) royalelite.com or calling 800-925-1719.
Please remember: What ever they say, the opposite will be the truth.

Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
We purchased a Royal Elite timeshare with Sandos Caracol for a studio unit. One year later when we attempted to book the unit we were sold, we were told that unit does not actually exist at that resort. We can go to the "Superior" room, or pay extra weeks to be upgraded, IF they can accomodate us at the time. They are deceitful. BEWARE! This is a forum with more complaints made to royal elite:
