Via: National Consumer Complaint Forum (as there is no feedback mailbox on Rozel website)
It is with deep regret to inform you that we share similar bad experience(with other customers in this forum) with your good company - Rozel Furnishing Pte Ltd at Toh Guan branch.
I am writing this to protect my self interest and also your potential customers.
In addition to the "add on" cost, our situation is further aggravated with only partial delivery of items done on our explicity agreed date 15 Dec 2015. Our children bedroom set is being left out.
We are left with no choice but to reserve our rights to claim from your good company for all costs, emotional distress and time lost as a result of this incident.
This claim will start from 16th Dec 2015 0001 hrs Singapore time.
We await your official written reply, in this forum, on the scheduled date for the undelivered item. Should we not see your reply in this forum OR actual and correct (item) delivery by 17th December 2015 1800 hrs Singapore time, we, reasonably, deemed that you have no interest in honouring this contract, and, therefore the remaining amount in the sales order/invoice will be considered NULL and VOID, with no further claim to either parties.
Trust all in order.
