only wanted free sample

I did not expect to receive oncoming products i ordered the free samples of equinox and RVTL anti aging creams.I am trying to find the site to call someone to cancel my order. I was under the impression that i was to only get the free one month sample. I was stupid to give this company my acct number and only hope to retrieve any lost money. I will send this back but as I have seen other similar complaints there is no receipt or name of company to reason this dispute with.
