VERY VERY FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered this product from these companies which offered, "Equinox Full 30 Day Supply (FREE)" (direct quote from web ad) and RVTL Anti-aging "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" (direct quote from web ad).paying only post of £4.95 from my mothers, who is a pensioners bank account. I ordered trial samples, and 14 days later the company charged £93 to my mums credit card and sent a another cream that I never requested, saying that it was really only a 14 day trial, and I had to inform them within 14 days from the day I ordered the trial samples but I did not want the products. They refuse to give my mother a full refund for a product not wanted and said I was to the send it back to Cyprus. They agreed to only give back a 70% refund of £93 and they would cancel they account. I then had to pay £8.70 to send the product back by recorded delivery. She is now at a loss of £31.70. On 7th February the product was sent back and apparently received by the 8th February. Lon-behold they have today taken out another £93 from her account for no apparent reason. No product received what so ever. I have been on the phone with these people not very angry. because now my mother will incur charged for not having the right amount of money in her account to pay her bill's. They now say the refund will be made after 3/5 working days. Who will pay these charges????? Watch this space.
