Very user unfriendly
i was not aware that this was an annual cost for the paretologic pc health advisor and also for the xoftspyse anti spyware. it was my understanding that i was downloadinf a free copy only. please be so good as to refund the costs of 38.39 plus 12.17 tro my credit card as neither of these items was to my liking and therefor not used.

driver detective doesn't work
Their software didn't work so I decided to ask for the money back. They refused to refund the 30 dollars for the software that didn't work. Beware of their driver detective program!

Beware of these thieves.
The software I bought from them doesn't work without me signing up for them to charge me $40 yearly. Had to cancel the payments through paypal. Beware of these thieves.

Cheaters and liears!
Don’t go near SAFECART! They are total scammers! They extra-charge you AFTER you enter your credit card info and choose your downloads! Wanted to get back my refund, however I can no longer log in because the password they gave does not work!

BEWARE!
One day I could not login to my email. Safecart came up, and they told me they could fix the problem for $40. So I paid, and then they said I needed to pay $300 more, and then they will be able to fix everything. I refused, and they offered to pay $200. I refused again. I was able to fix the problem myself, however, when I checked my account, I saw that Safecart signed me up for their services, and I had to pay $10 per month. I contacted PayPal and was able to reject the membership, however, now I can’t reach them to refund my $40.

tried to scam me for even more money!
I had a problem logging into my e-mail and I saw an ad of SafeCart. They said they'll solve my problem for $40. I paid it but they didn't fix anything. Instead they claimed I have some software problem and they can fix it for $199 instead of $300! After my refusal they said they'll do it for $100. I refused and called Yahoo. They reset my password for free and everything worked fine. Beware of these fraudsters!

They had stolen $40 from my cc
SafeCart took $40.00 from my account for who knows what. I have never heard of them nor I did any business with them. How could they have taken money from my credit card – I have no clue.

Other companies work through them
I had a virus on my computer, and a company suggested they get rid of it. They contacted me through SafeCart. I don’t know how it got on my computer, I guess through a search engine. But the company took money, but never got rid of the virus. I immediately closed my banking account, but they managed to charge me anyway!

be careful!
I received a coupon on $10 discount from this company which was fake but I noticed it only after I made a purchase. Instead of $27.90 I was charged $37.90. I tired to claim for a refund but they said that they don't do refunds and they never noticed that my coupon is fake before I paid them. I guess this is just a park of their business, be careful!

They offered a repair and help online so I paid for their advices but they never advised me anything really useful. It seemed like they just ignored my problem. I just wasted my money... Beware of this company and avoid any business with these people! Safecart supports another fraudulent companies and helps them in stealing money from innocent people. There is no chance to get truth and return your money once you wasted them. Be careful and stay away from Safecart - don't support their fraudulent business and don't allow them to fool you!

unauthorized credit card charge
SAFECART IS AN INTERNATIONAL SCAM! SEARCH THE NET TO READ THE RIP-OFFS AND LOST $$$ WORLD-WIDE!
I SENT THIS TO THE FBI!
"I just received my June credit card statement. It shows that on May 11, 2013 www.safecart.com charged $19.99 for SpeedyPC. I never heard of safecart.com and I did not purchase any such product. I'm reporting this fraudulent charge to my credit card company because I'm not paying it. I'm also reporting this company to Lifelock and the Federal Trade Commission and/or the FBI. When I searched safecart.com on the Internet, I was shocked at the number of similar reports by others. Many of them occurred over the past month, but they go back years."

Safecart
I had purchased a new hp computer in August of 2013. It turned out to be a lemon, and eventually, hp replaced it with a new computer. In the interim, I was going crazy trying to get it to work right. In searching the internet for solutions, I ran afoul of the SAFECART SCAMMERS. To date I have had a total of $1,193.92 and I am sure there will be more charges on my credit card bill for April. These charges all came on my February and March 2014 credit card statements. The amount of $234.99 was once each month. There was one $150.00 charge in February, two in March and another $149.00 in March, along with smaller charges in amounts of $14.99, $29.98, etc.
I could not get them to stop charging my card so I am disputing the charges through my credit card company.
I am 79 years old.
This is more than a simple scam, it is criminal.

scams
I purchased a windows driver online paying it in full with my MC. It claimed to be only $39.99 and had a coupon which brought the price down to $29.99. I can understand paying a bit more with the money exchange. but it should not be that much. You could not see the actual price until you accepted the payment price, I wound up paying $49.99 for the service I never got, and that is another story. I called the 1-855 number and at first it rang and rang. then became busy. I called again and after 2 rings it became busy. The third time it just rang busy. I would simply like a full refund. Thank you and have a good day.

Me too
I first came across this mob a couple of weeks ago when out of the blue I received email notification of a US$4.99 charge through PayPal for renewing software bought from Paretologic 12 months previously. A few days later, there was another, higher charge of US$14.99 through PayPal for another renewal of software. I then emailed them, received a fairly prompt reply which said among other things that I could ask for a refund. My email requesting a refund was bounced back immediately and I then found that my URL had been blackballed for alleged spamming, a total absurdity, but a very cunning way indeed of trying to avoid paying refunds of improperly levied charges. It is a matter of considerable concern to me that a wholly unknown company could raid my PayPal account so easily and the matter is now subject to a PP dispute. I am surprised that, given the huge number of complaints on the internet about this company that the relevant authorities in I think Canada have not moved to control such predatory behaviour. I imagine that they read these comments, so even though you quite improperly arranged to have my message declared as spam, I would still like my money back.
