Terrible Service, no help

I was shocked when I couldn't get a live operator to discuss something that wasn't covered by that Automated Phone System that Sage Telecom has, but still about my outside landline wiring. So I called corporate in Phoenix Arizona and obviously my question fell on deaf ears. They were a good company when I first signed up even with live operators several years ago. But now, the service is non existent and they expect me to send new customers their way. Hah! No way. So now I'm looking for a new phone company if Sage don't care for their customers anymore then that. Too much competition out there to put up with this.
