Loyalty

Just curious... as a stylist whose covered the gamut from high end salons, to owning a succesful salon and venturing on to chain salon management, have any of you as "dissatisfied" customers who complain that they go to the same salon, gotten services done with several stylists but only 1 or 2 of them "get it right". Im curious to know if you've yet to achieve a consistant experience with every stylist, why not be loyal to the stylist in the salon that you are achieving satisfaction with? It is absolutely possible to request a stylist that cuts or colors your hair to your liking. And what better than to create a repor with the one person that gives you the confidence to return. You do this with your local grocery store, your dentist, and your physician,....right?
