i will share my experience with www.salvageworld.net they are they are scamming you
I bid on Mercedes benz car for 13k then i received call from salvageworld.com ask me to increase my bid to 16800$ i reject and i told him this is my maximum he told me i will try maybe they will reject this offer we can try on other car i said fine, after 1 hour i received an email says
.We apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we were unable to acquire the 2007 MERCEDES-BENZ R350 R CLA that you have bid on at this Insurance Auction. The Insurance Auction did not accept your offer (it was either too low, or they accepted an offer from another company other than Salvage World). Your current funds will remain in your account and you may use those funds towards your next purchase!...
after 4 hours i receive emails
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully acquired the following vehicle on your behalf: 2007 MERCEDES-BENZ R350 R CLA!
i called them and i talk to Mr Niko from salaveworld.net i told him i dont want this car as i receive email say the insurance company reject your offer he told me it was by mistake (Mistakeeeeeee )
then next day i contact live support chat
this was them answer

Hi : no it wasn't like that the question was that i have to increase the bid then i said this is my maximum and he told me i will try with the insurance company if they reject we will try with clk Mercedes and i said i will try with 1 car only then you made all the process and send me the invoice after receiving 4 hours before that the insurance company reject my offer and even if the insurance agree they should call me to confirm

FRAUD
in November 2012 i opened an account on salvageworld.net to buy a car. To be able to bid on a car is required a 10% or 500$ deposit, that is 100% refundable. i authorized a deposit for 500$ only ,they charged my account three times for 500$ the same time total of 1500$. I bid on a car, i was the higher bidder, after that i received a phone call and they told me i have to increase my offer to be able to by that car and i said ok... After that another call to increase and i didn’t increase because was too much money. After that i bid on other car and do the same process. I was not satisfied to that kind of business and wanted to take my refund back to and clouse the account. They have terms of use and to be able to receive my full refund i had to wait 60 days. After 60 days i request my refund and i received confirmation email on February 2013: refund request accepted! Refund takes 5 days to show up in your account... I waited 2 weeks and didn’t receive the refund, after that i call and they said I’ll have the refund on next Friday and next Friday wasn’t there call again and the same excuse, other excuse is they are new in business and they have more cars and telling me all kind of lie and I’ll have the refund on next Friday. Next Friday no refund, i keep calling and the same lie and they put me on hold and music and told me i am a bad costumer and they don’t want to work with me. They have my money for almost 4 months and truing to grow up their business with people’s money that is illegal. I find out they do the same with all the costumers.
Do not do business with salvage world, do not deposit any money they’ll not refund you, they are scammers, and they violate the consumer rights and terms of use, they’ll use your money to grow up their business....

requesting my $500 deposit(waited the 60 days as required by
Opened account nov 27,2012 &joined this site. Secred the $500 depoait on my visa card and almost one yr later I have yet to get my refund I have been lied to,put off,&I need the money its mine! My father is die'n -mere days left&I want to use thethat money -the $500 deposit that was guaranteed refund after 60 days&I hav been more than patient yet still can't get my money can someone plz help me. I paid a deposit of $500.00 in March of 2013, never got the bid. I waited 90 days as agreed upon, ever since ive been trying to

Salvageworld is a scam
I word about a scam will prevent one or more people from falling in it.
My story is i bought a car from salvageworld and asked them to ship it. paid for the shipping agent ( Ezhaul.co a subsidiary company of Salvageworld who they transferred me to deal with them as they are same company). after completing the payment shit started did not receive the car because the car is not shipped asked the shipping company to ship the car which they got they did but as it reached they say i have to pay the shipping amount as no payment is done by salvageworld nor Ezhaul they will hold the car till the payment is completed. i did pay the amount of the shipping again to them to release after 30 days of promises from salvageworld without actions, i did pay because i found out that the port started charging me storage fee of 26 days. i had to pay because the fines started to reach amount of teh shipping so i paid and paid fines to get the car out.
I asked salvageworld to refund me the shipping payment and the deposit amount but they don`t respond to my request, i lost about 3500$ with their bad business conduct.
guys, take care they are horrible and not trusty. as they get the money you will be in their control and won`t get anything.
Anyone need prove i got all documentation to support my case.
