Do not even get close to Freedompop scammers

This big scammers take advantage of people in need. They are worst service in every single aspect. You can see their website itself, once you get on their tap, and put you credit card information there, you are done! you will be another trapped for their scams.
Unfortunately I have been trying to use this service for a year and I will say that 70% of the time I used their service, did not have the services they promised ant that I paid for. If you need to contact customer service, you need to pay extra. I had paid that extra to be able to talk to someone on the phone, because their web site is purposely made in a way that clients can not use most of their ,features themselves so you have to pay to contact them. Not only that, once you are able to talk to someone, they will not resolve your issue regarding connectivity and billing . I was never able to have a response to the e mails that I have sent due to a billing dispute. They will charge customers for thing you do not choose to have as service!

People, If you can, do not even look at their scamming propaganda. I encourage everybody to help customers to be aware about this FreedomPop scam company.

I sincerely ,hope they get as a customer, some smart lawyer, who will put them in their place and make them pay for what they are doing to people.
