I am so appalled by an employee today I received a call from a female from easy home (lloydminster) at 11:30 am: she said your payment is overdue 29.00 ok I said. When is my dryer going to be done? My dryer was sent to be repaired on Feb 17 and I'm still using a loaner at a weekly price of 15.00 + interest. I don't mind paying but I would rather have my dryer back. I don't ever plan to get any furniture or loans thru easyhome because the interest are outrageous. Today was an example of what happened when customer asks how much longer: the female staff became ignorant and raising her voice and I wasn't going to meet her at her ignorant level, so I hung up my cell:this not a feature I pay for as a consumer thru sasktel. Bottom line, treat ppl how you would like to be treated, I want my dryer back but I have to put up with this. Any suggestions what I should do.
